Poli-Lit is a nonpartisan nonprofit dedicated to helping people better understand who represents them and how government works at the local, state, and national levels. At a time when political conversations often feel loud, national, and disconnected from everyday life, Poli-Lit focuses on clarity, access, and education.
Much of today’s political tension is shaped by how information is delivered. National media and social platforms dominate attention, while local government — where many decisions directly affecting daily life are made — often receives far less understanding. As a result, many people feel unsure where to look for reliable, straightforward civic information.
Poli-Lit exists to change that experience. Through research, educational tools, and accessible resources, we help people navigate civic information with greater confidence and less confusion. Our work emphasizes understanding over persuasion and learning over ideology.

How Your Donation Helps
With your donation you help our team fight to heal the division in our country and communities. Your small donation creates a ripple of hope throughout Poli-Lit and crossing hundreds of different energies we will build a current so large that that we could get every citizen politically literate.
Your donation will go to developing the Poli-Lit app, funding Poli-Lit University and High School chapters, community events, and help purchase inventory to expand our merchandise which in turn helps the movement.
